La pr\u00e9pa s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e parfaitement et les  conditions furent id\u00e9ales le jour J ! J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9  d&rsquo;optimiser la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et la nutrition. J&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances  d&rsquo;\u00e9tirements, augment\u00e9 mes heures de sommeil (minimum 8 heures par  nuit). J&rsquo;ai suivi un dipl\u00f4me universitaire de nutrition du  sport cette ann\u00e9e. Il y avait quelques r\u00e8gles \u00e0 respecter ! J&rsquo;ai vraiment senti une mont\u00e9e en puissance sur   ce type de s\u00e9ance <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Julie AUFFRAY : <strong>on conna\u00eet tes qualit\u00e9s de routard, mais cette ann\u00e9e tu es quand m\u00eame  mont\u00e9 sur la plus haute marche du podium pour un trail en relais \u00e0  Annecy ! Ne  m&rsquo;entra\u00eenant que sur routes ou pistes, les portions techniques sont un  calvaire pour moi. Raide comme un piquet, peu \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise en descente, je  subis trop en trail ! Mais j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que cela  viendra ! Pour l&rsquo;instant je prends vraiment mon pied sur route !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agn\u00e8s DUHAIL : <strong>tu postes souvent des photos de Street Art. J&rsquo;aime associer mes runs \u00e0 la  d\u00e9couverte d\u2019\u0153uvres de street art ; en particulier \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger ! Mais  Paris reste mon terrain de jeu favori. Quelques galeries  sont sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et j&rsquo;ai pu acqu\u00e9rir quelques \u0153uvres !
