Alors, m\u00eame si je ne boude pas ce type de s\u00e9ances, \u00e0 la fois efficaces pour accumuler du D+, mais aussi travailler le mental, il est possible de faire des entra\u00eenements plus ludiques permettant de varier les plaisirs et travailler des qualit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1211058e63ee3198e7dda095ce642a1a\" style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.313), 18px);\">C\u2019est le cas des s\u00e9ances types myo-cross. L\u2019id\u00e9e de ces s\u00e9ances est de m\u00e9langer de la course \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9 et du renforcement musculaire. L\u2019objectif est de d\u00e9velopper sa puissance musculaire en for\u00e7ant un effort important sur de la fatigue musculaire, voire de la casse de fibres. Comme pour tout entra\u00eenement, la progression se fait en \u201cchahutant\u201d notre corps, en lui imposant des contraintes inhabituelles, le for\u00e7ant \u00e0 s\u2019adapter. Il est aussi important de planifier ces s\u00e9ances en tenant compte de notre niveau du moment, et du reste de notre semaine d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-36aec7180f50a799fa9ea9dbf10f3e8c\" style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.313), 18px);\">Si l\u2019on n&rsquo;a pas l\u2019habitude de faire du renfo (c\u2019est mal <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t95\/3\/16\/1f609.png\" alt=\"&#x1f609;\"> ) la s\u00e9ance va laisser des traces et les muscles seront tendus le lendemain ! Attention \u00e0 bien se laisser du temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration : l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement sans assimilation est une op\u00e9ration nulle, on ne le r\u00e9p\u00e9tera pas assez <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t95\/3\/16\/1f609.png\" alt=\"&#x1f609;\">. Mais \u00e0 l\u2019inverse, si vous souhaitez pr\u00e9parer une course longue et raide, placer un myo-cross la veille de votre sortie longue simulera tr\u00e8s bien la fin de votre trail long, un bon moyen de progresser sans enchainer deux sorties longues en deux jours (m\u00eame si cela ne remplace pas l\u2019endurance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c16599b3c529b2ed9b1ed39e7019a009\" style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.313), 18px);\">Vous l\u2019aurez compris, comme souvent, une s\u00e9ance n\u2019est pas \u00e0 reproduire \u00e0 l\u2019identique, on l\u2019adapte \u00e0 notre profil, notre pr\u00e9pa et \u2026 notre envie !
