Des horaires diff\u00e9rents sont propos\u00e9s par niveau suivant le niveau sportif ou de connaissance des pratiquants (d\u00e9butant, interm\u00e9diaire, avanc\u00e9). Chaque session avec un groupe durera 45 minutes \u00e0 1 heure.
