En effet, elle me permet de faire des footings (bon amorti), des fractionn\u00e9s et des seuils. Elles couvrent donc un large spectre de types d\u2019entrainement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Alors, quand Agn\u00e8s m\u2019a envoy\u00e9 la version 18 de ce grand classique de la marque japonaise,<\/strong> j\u2019\u00e9tais impatiente de la sortir de l\u2019emballage. Pour vous dire, je suis tellement en confiance avec la gamme des rider de Mizuno que je n\u2019ai pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 la prendre pour mes deux raids multisports simplement apr\u00e8s avoir fait 10 bornes avec pour la casser un peu (national arm\u00e9e de terre de raid 45 km \u00e0 pieds \u2013 15 en VTT \u2013 10 en kayak et championnat de France toutes arm\u00e9es confondes 100 km de VTT \u2013 50 km \u00e0 pieds \u2013 20 km en kayak). Premi\u00e8re impression, elle me fait penser au golf\u00a0!! Blanche, noire et verte, je trouve qu\u2019elle a un look de golfeuse. Elle me plait sous ses nouvelles couleurs moins flashies que d\u2019habitude, plus sobre. Elle me semble l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Apr\u00e8s, les go\u00fbts et les couleurs comme on dit! Agr\u00e9able au port, ce n\u2019est pas non plus une \u00ab\u00a0charentaise\u00a0\u00bb. Le chaussant est fait pour les pieds qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 v\u00e9cu en course \u00e0 pieds. Pour moi le chaussant est en deux temps\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\">sur l\u2019arri\u00e8re, il est confort et je sens que mon talon est bien maintenu, il ne chasse pas \u00e0 l\u2019appui<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\">sur l\u2019avant du pied, c\u2019est plus rustique au niveau de la plante de pieds mais je reste bien maintenu malgr\u00e9 le fait que l\u2019avant soit large.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Au niveau du la\u00e7age, je suis un peu mitig\u00e9e.<\/strong> En effet, je trouve le lacet un peu court. J\u2019ai du mal \u00e0 faire un double n\u0153ud et \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, pendant les deux raids, j\u2019ai d\u00fb relac\u00e9. Je pense que je vais essayer de mettre un syst\u00e8me de la\u00e7age rapide au bout du lacet pour \u00e9viter ce probl\u00e8me<br class=\"none\" \/><br class=\"none\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>4. Bon il est clair que si je cours sur un terrain plus pierreux, la running perd largement de son confort car on sent bien les pierres et surtout elle devient instable. <br class=\"none\" \/><br class=\"none\" \/><strong>Pour moi, la Rider 18 peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e\u00a0sur des terrains tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/strong> piste, route, chemin, single propre, terrain sablonneux, terrain en schiste, terrain stabilis\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>5. Dynamisme <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.team-outdoor.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/P1240841.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-8552\" src=\"http:\/\/www.team-outdoor.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/P1240841-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"P1240841\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.team-outdoor.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/P1240841-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.team-outdoor.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/P1240841-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.team-outdoor.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/P1240841-600x450.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Pour moi c\u2019est son point fort, incontestablement.<\/strong> C\u2019est une running qui r\u00e9pond tr\u00e8s bien au contact au sol. Elle est suffisamment l\u00e9g\u00e8re pour permettre des s\u00e9ances rapides et son amorti garanti que le choc au sol ne sera pas destructeur \u00e0 court terme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Elle est polyvalente<\/strong> et je lui fais confiance d\u00e8s alors que je ne connais pas le terrain sur lequel je vais courir. Au national Terre de raid multisports fin mai, je n\u2019avais fait qu\u2019un footing au pr\u00e9alable avant de l\u2019utiliser pour 25 km de CAP au cours de la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape. Ces 25 km se sont faits, pour la majeure partie, sous la forme de <strong>course discontinue<\/strong> car on \u00e9tait en course d\u2019orientation 600m \u00e0 fond, r\u00e9cup le temps de poin\u00e7onner, 600 m \u00e0 fond, etc\u2026). <strong>Elle a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 toutes mes attentes<\/strong> tant sur <strong>les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations<\/strong> que sur <strong>la dur\u00e9e<\/strong> quand on a fait 4 km en suivi d\u2019itin\u00e9raire entre 15 et 16 km\/h.<br class=\"none\" \/><br class=\"none\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>6.
